Let's shoot straight, we aren't going to type up some gooshy-ness about capturing a moment in time. Rather, we are focused on the experience. You are trusting us, and that's the greatest compliment we can receive.
For you, that means you're first. We are dedicated to streamlining our processes and making them as efficient as possible. Weddings, projects, and events are stressful - allow us to relieve some of that pain.

HOW MANY IMAGES CAN WE EXPECT AND WHAT IS THE LENGTH OF YOUR VIDEOS?
Depending on your selected package and hours of coverage, you can expect roughly 45/50 photos per hour of coverage. Wedding films tend to range between 4-10 minutes based off coverage and events during the day.

HOW MUCH RETOUCHING DO YOU DO?
We retouch temporary blemishes such as acne, cuts, bug bites, etc. We do not edit out things that make you, you! We believe that birthmarks, freckles, double chins created by laughter, etc. are all BEAUTIFUL things about you that are raw and authentic. Rather than hide those things, we want you to feel beautiful in your own skin and be represented in a real way.

DO YOU SHOOT ON DUAL SLOT MEMORY CARDS? WHAT IS YOUR BACKUP SYSTEM?
Both of us shoot on two cards for every shoot to reduce the risk of corruption to your photos and film. We have extras of all our gear as well in case of a malfunction. We ensure all of your files are always stored in two separate places at any given time. Once delivered, we will store the raw files for two months, then delete them. We always keep all final photos and videos.

HOW DO PAYMENTS WORK?
Once you select your package and add-ons, we will send you a contract. Upon signing your contract, you will pay a non-refundable retainer fee to reserve your date. The remaining balance will be paid 30 days prior to the wedding unless agreed upon otherwise.

WHAT IF THE WEATHER IS BAD? CAN WE RESCHEDULE OUR SHOOT?
We SOOO wish we could control the weather! But, obviously, we can't. We try to make shoots happen even if weather is bad (sprinkling, light breeze, light snow) just to keep our schedule on track. BUT....if the wind is 30 mph and is dumping rain and crazy, we won't charge you to reschedule.

WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME FOR WEDDING PHOTOS AND FILM?
This largely depends on the time of year and how busy it is. Our minimum turnaround time for a wedding is 4/6 weeks and our maximum is 10-12 weeks.
